Chad
Will, President, has been with Tenbarge since graduating from Indiana
University in 1992. Chad oversees sales and marketing for the sales
team. His efforts have been in seed and turfgrass supply business
for golf and sports turf. Chad maintains key professional turf accounts
in southern Indiana and western Kentucky.

Rocky
Will, Vice President, has been with Tenbarge since 1983. Rocky oversees
day-to-day operations, including quality control, inventory management,
and shipping. In addition, Rocky operates the Reel Sharpening and
Maintenance Division, a new division within Tenbarge for golf course
and athletic field reel mowing units.

Jennifer
Will is the controller for Tenbarge. Jennifer assists in financial
analysis of the business, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
She graduated in finance at Ball State University in 1995.

Schuerger maintains office sales for Tenbarge’s wholesale and
retail business. Kent assists in maintaining inventory and quality
control for all Tenbarge products and services.

Pillow is a sales representative for the professional lawn and landscape
business in Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky.

Jack
R. Brown, Certified Arborist, maintains the Arbor Care Division. His
responsibilities include consultation and microinjection of nutrients,
hormones, insecticides and fungicides for innovative tree health and
growth management. His customers include homeowners, commercial businesses,
tree nurseries, and golf courses.

Andy
Oeding is a Professional Turf Sales Representative of Tenbarge Seed
Company. His primary duties include turfgrass supplies sales in south-central
Indiana for golf and sports field turf. He is a member of the Tri-State
Golf Course Superintendents Association, and the Midwest Regional
Turf Foundation.
